Amlou is the centrepiece of Berber breakfasts. This spread is made up of only 4 ingredients: roasted Beldi almonds from the High Atlas, orange tree honey from Souss, pure and cold-pressed Argan oil from Essaouira and a touch of Noirmoutier’s "fleur de sel" (salt).

You can enjoy Amlou on pancakes (our favorite way to enjoy it), on bread, a brioche or with yoghurt or chia pudding?
Here, we offer a 300 ml package.

Conservation : Our Amlou can be stored for 6 months at room temperature in its jar and ideally away from the light.
Conservation : 3 semaines au réfrigérateur (Remettre à température 30 minutes avant dégustation)
