The Maison Gazelle story



Sara Boukhaled's driving forces are high standards and excellence. For many years, she has been the attentive ear of chefs throughout the world.

Her journey across all continents has always led her to seek out the best products, taste exceptions, products that transport the senses: Aquitaine caviar, white truffles...

Meeting these exceptional producers, tasting, touching, smelling, selecting and experiencing the product in its entirety, is what gives her vocation a real relief.

Loving challenges, Sara realised her dream by creating Maison Gazelle, giving a new life to one of the treasures of Moroccan pastry : the gazelle horn. Allowing her to pay homage to her origins, her family and all those lovers of taste met during her journey.
