What is Maison Gazelle?
Maison Gazelle is the alliance between Moroccan refinement and French elegance.
Who is behind Maison Gazelle?
It is the Chef and founder Sara Boukhaled, a passionate French-Moroccan woman. Proud of her dual culture, she achieves her dream by creating Maison Gazelle.
Where can we find our creations?
Our creations are available in our boutique (11th art in Paris), and in others exceptionals places that you can find in the "Shops" section.

What are your flavors?
Our signature flavors are: Almond & orange blossom water, Almond and rose water, Almond, candied lemon & cardamom, Roasted almond and sesame, Chocolate, almond & bergamot and Piedmont hazelnut. Several seasonal flavors join the collection over the seasons and according to our desires.
Do you have VEGAN flavors?
Not yet unfortunately, but we are working on it!

Where are your cornes de gazelle (Kaab el ghazal) made?
In our laboratory in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. If you come to enjoy a tea time, you will be able to see us making them!
Are your cornes de gazelle (Kaab el ghazal) very sweet?
Not at all, that's what makes our cornes de gazelle so unique. We have voluntairly reduced the initial sugar level by 2. With our recipes, we want to sublimate raw ingredients sourced with passion such as raw almonds, pure orange blossom water, or our hazelnut rather than enriching our gazelle horns with sugar or butter.
What are the allergens?
Eggs, cereals containing gluten, nuts, milk (butter), sesame seeds.
CONSERVATION OF CORNES DE GAZELLE (Kaab el ghazal)
How long can you keep your Cornes de gazelle ?
You can keep them for ten days.
How should I store them?
We recommend that you store them at room temperature. Either within their boxes or for better conservation in a hermetically sealed box.
Can I freeze them?
We do not recommend thawing them in order to keep our play of textures between the crispness of the outer dough and the fondant of the inner dough.

Do you do large batches for special occasions?

ORDER & DELIVERY
Home deliveries (Paris) & click-and-collect
Are you a Parisian and would like to have it delivered to your home? This is quite possible thanks to our couriers (by bike), we assure you a delivery in less than 4 hours. Do you want to place an order and come and collect it yourself? This is possible from Monday to Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from Thursday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
How to order ?
All you have to do is go to the E-SHOP section, choose the box that suits you, your perfumes and your delivery method. Once the order is validated and payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and your tracking number (if it concerns a shipment outside of Paris)
What are your delivery options?
We have 4 delivery options.
1) Delivery by courier in Paris in less than 4 hours (4 €)
2) Click-and-collect in store at 2 rue Jean Macé, Paris 11th: Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Free)
3) Delivery by Chronopost in France or abroad in 24/48 hours (working days) (€ 3.90)
4) Delivery by Chronopost abroad in 24/48 hours (working days) (€ 9.00)
Do I have to be present to receive my delivery?
If it is a delivery by courier in Paris, you will need to be present to receive your order, you can call us to specify your preferred time slot at 07 68 09 05 86 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it is a delivery via Chronopost, then you can follow the progress of your delivery using your tracking number, in order to make yourself available.
Can I modify my order?
Yes it is possible, just write to us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to help you!
What are the countries where I can be delivered?
We can deliver to you in all European countries.
GENERAL INFORMATIONS ?
What should I do if my pastries arrive damaged?
If you notice that your order arrives damaged upon receipt, please send us photos and a description of the condition of your pastries to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
What if my order is still not delivered?
If your delivery has not arrived at the end of the day, please write to us at email@example.com
