In France, it is cummon to celebrate a wedding with cream puffs coated with caramel and set in a pyramid shape. This type of wedding cake is called "Pièce Montée". 

We reinvent the traditional French recipe by replacing cream puffs with gazelle horns. 

This Pièce Montée is composed of 100 gazelle horns.
