Initiatory journey around the almond

Here you will find our three different varieties of raw and untreated Moroccan almonds:

  • 1 bag of Beldi almonds from the Moroccan High Atlas (200gr)
  • 1 sachet of Roussi almonds from the Moroccan Middle Atlas (200gr)
  • 1 sachet of Riffi almonds from the region of Nador (200gr)

Each variety has a different intensity depending on the climate and the specificity of its terroir. The Beldi almond from the High Atlas, the Riffi almond from the Nador region and the Roussi almond from the Middle Atlas, are those that we use every day.

The more the almond tree evolves in altitude, the more its fruit will be intense.
